The following is a list of frequently asked questions by our clients. If the question and answer you are looking for is not addressed, let us know by email and we will be happy to assist you further.



1. Do we ship outside of the United States?

No we do not. This includes APO or military branch addresses. Please contact us to find a local distributor in your area. 

2. What is our steeping duration/method?

Every flavor is pre-made and steeped for at least 2 weeks before it is bottled. We believe steeping is the key that separates an ordinary flavor from a flavor that you can not live without.

3. Is the shipping really FREE?

Absolutely! Only for orders over $19.99 and under the weight limit of 3lbs. We want to keep our clients happy and make it as easy as possible to come back for more.  At checkout, choose “free shipping” and your order will be sent out USPS First Class Mail.

4. I can't find a flavor under a BOGO, what does this mean?

If a flavor is not listed under a BOGO, this means that the flavor is out of stock. The flavor will return as an option on the BOGO when the flavor is back in stock.

5. How long before I receive my order?

You can expect your order to deliver within 3-5 business days depending on where you live. The package will ship after our 1-3 day business processing period.

6. Do you really ship same day?

Yes! If a package is purchased with rushed Priority Shipping the package will be shipped out same day.  We try our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. There are exceptions due to holidays, and influx of orders. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

7. I received a tracking number, but it hasn’t updated. What’s going on?

Once you receive an email with your tracking number, allow some time for updating before you check it. USPS tracking can take 24 - 48 hours to update in the system. Once the package is scanned in and given a route destination, the tracking should begin to update. Priority Mail will generally get your package to you 1 - 2 days sooner than our “free shipping” option. If you do not receive an email, please make sure your email address was entered correctly in your account.

8. I ordered on a Friday, when should I expect my tracking?

If an order is made on a Friday, the order may carry over past the weekend to be fulfilled on Monday or Tuesday. Humble is closed over the weekend, at Humble we will process and fulfill the order as quick as possible when we return!

9. What is your VG/PG ratio?

We blend with an 80vg/20pg ratio with only leading, sourced ingredients.

SVLT - 65vg/35pg  Havana - 70vg/30pg

10. What is a BOGO?

A BOGO translates to (Buy One, Get One). With a BOGO you can buy one of your favorite flavors of juice, and get one bottle free, for a quantity of two bottles per BOGO. Order from any of our four BOGO pages, and make a custom BOGO from the Hustle 60ml line, Humble 120ml line, or Havoc 180ml line. With the Build Your Own BOGO, you can even intermix the lines and create your own BOGO to your liking.

11. How much does a BOGO cost?

A Hustle BOGO is buy one 60ml bottle at $15.99, and get one 60ml bottle free. The Humble BOGO is buy one 120ml bottle for $24.99 and get one 120ml bottle free.  The Humble on Ice BOGO is buy one 120ml bottle for $24.99 and get one 120ml bottle free. Havoc is buy one 60ml bottle at $15.99 and get one 60ml bottle free.  The Havana BOGO is buy one 60ml bottle for $15.99 and get one 60ml bottle free.

12. I received my order, but the flavor and/or strength is incorrect. What should I do?

If this happens, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do our very best to get it right the first time. With that being said, if you receive an incorrect flavor or strength within 2 weeks of receiving your package, keep the bottle we sent by mistake. Let us know we goofed up the order by sending an email to info@humblejuiceco.com. Include your full name or order number, a picture of the contents of the package, a picture of the order invoice, and let us know the correct flavor and/or strength. We will get the correct order out to you ASAP!

13. What is your return policy?

As with the nature of e-liquid, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on opened, used or damaged products. All sales on e-liquid are final.
