Unless Humble Juice Co. has made a mistake with your order, there are no returns or trade ins.
We understand that taste is subjective and if a flavor doesn't fit your palette, please allow it to steep an additional few days to a week.
Humble Juice Co does not accept returns or exchanges for hardware including mods, tanks, coils, and closed device/high nic devices.
Damaged merchandise must be reported to Humble Juice Co. immediately upon receipt of shipment. In order to expedite a damage claim with the shipping company, please document any shipping damage with detailed photographs showing the damaged shipping box, packing materials, and damaged products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the above are made solely at the discretion of Humble Juice Co. Discrepancies must be reported to Humble within 2 weeks of receiving the package. A 25% re-stocking fee to all customers who send back any Humble product new or used.
