INTERNATIONAL BILLING ADDRESS
Humble only accepts U.S. debit/credit cards with U.S. billing and shipping addresses and orders placed within the US. Ordering with a card with affiliations outside the U.S. will be rejected during check out.
Orders that are cancelled after being placed will be refunded 75% of the final price paid. This is to prevent and compensate for postage cost, the rerouting cost for the package if sent and ultimately for the loss of merchandise as well.
1. I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?
Processing time for orders takes 1–3 business days since the order was placed. Business days are Mon–Fri, we do not package and ship over the weekend.When the package is ready to ship, we will ship it out the desired way that the customer selected.
2. I PLACED AN ORDER, WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Orders that are placed will take 1-3 days to be processed and shipped. In those 1-3 days expect a tracking label to be made. You will receive an email with your tracking number when the label is made and the package goes out.
3. I HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER, WHY DOESN'T IT WORK?
If you have just received an email with your tracking number, it will take 6-12 hours (by the end of the day Pacific Time) for the shipping carrier to scan it into the system and for the tracking to start working.
4. I PAID FOR FAST SHIPPING, WHY IS IT TAKING LONGER THAN WHAT I PAID?
Please, do not forget that there is a processing time when an order is placed. If you paid for overnight shipping for example, do not expect the package to arrive the next day. There is a processing time of 1-3 days. Once your order is ready, then we will choose the shipping method that you selected.

USPS FIRST CLASS: mainly used for free shipping
Orders under 13 ounces can be shipped via USPS First Class mail and usually arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped. USPS First Class parcel service is not a guaranteed service, and in some rare cases can take up to 2 weeks or longer in transit. If timing is critical, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail service and paying the extra charge. If your USPS First Class parcel has not arrived after 14 days in transit, please contact us for resolution.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL:
Orders over 13 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped. If your USPS Priority Mail parcel has not arrived after 7 days in transit, please contact us for resolution. Please note: Once an order leaves our facility it is out of our control. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to unforeseen circumstances on the shipper's behalf.
