HUMBLE ONLY OFFERS FREE SHIPPING VIA USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. IF THE ORDER IS LARGER THAN 3 OR 4 pounds (around 10 bottles), THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX.

HUMBLE DOES NOT COMPENSATE FOR CUSTOMER ERROR. Please take your time when ordering and double check your info & items. Thank you.

 

PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS TAKES 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS AS HUMBLE IS CLOSED OVER THE WEEKENDS. ONCE IT IS PROCESSED/FULFILLED THE ORDER WILL SHIP OUT.

BUYING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY

Humble only accepts U.S. debit/credit cards with U.S. billing and shipping addresses and orders placed within the United States. Ordering with a card that has affiliations outside the U.S. will cause it to be rejected during check out.

 CANCELLED ORDERS

Orders that are cancelled after being placed will be refunded 75% of the final price paid. This is to prevent and compensate for postage cost, the rerouting cost for the package if sent and ultimately for the loss of merchandise as well.

 

 

SHIPPING

1.  I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?

Processing time for orders takes 1–3 business days since the order was placed. Business days are Mon–Fri, we do not package and ship over the weekend. When the package is ready to ship, we will ship it out the desired way that the customer selected. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day. This following day would count as the first day of three day processing.

2. I PLACED AN ORDER, WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Orders that are placed will take 1-3 days to be processed and shipped. In those 1-3 days expect a tracking label to be made. You will receive an email with your tracking number when the label is made and the package goes out. 

3. I HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER, WHY DOESN'T IT WORK?

If you have just received an email with your tracking number, it will take 24 hours for the shipping carrier to scan it into the system and for the tracking to start working.

USPS FIRST CLASS: mainly used for free shipping

Orders under 13 ounces can be shipped via USPS First Class mail and usually arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped. USPS First Class parcel service is not a guaranteed service, and in some rare cases can take up to 2 weeks or longer in transit. If timing is critical, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail service and paying the extra charge. If your USPS First Class parcel has not arrived after 14 days in transit, please contact us for resolution.
