Due to federal shipping regulations required by the PACT Act, and the recent ruling published by USPS, Humble will be TEMPORARILY disabling direct to consumer sales online. We have partnered with Element Vape as our trusted Online Retailer in order to continue providing our customers excellent service moving forward.
The PACT Act, which was passed in 2009, imposed various compliance obligations on tobacco-related businesses and prohibits the U.S. Postal Service from shipping cigarettes and smokeless tobacco to individual consumers. In December 2020, Congress amended the PACT Act to include vapor products. In a nutshell, this means Humble can no longer use USPS to ship our individual consumers’ vape orders.
Some of Humbles’s business customers may also be temporarily impacted. Please contact your designated sales representative for more information.
While the PACT Act does not prohibit private carriers from shipping vapor products, it does impose compliance obligations such as obtaining an adult signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, many major private carriers have made the decision to cease the shipment of vapor products. We are currently exploring alternative shipping methods for the shipment of Humble products. But don’t worry, Humble has partnered with our Trusted Online Retailer, Element Vape, in order to continue to provide you with excellent service.
If this happens, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do our very best to get it right the first time. With that being said, if you receive an incorrect flavor or strength within 2 weeks of receiving your package, keep the bottle we sent by mistake. Let us know we made up the order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name or order number, a picture of the contents of the package, a picture of the order invoice, and let us know the correct flavor and/or strength. We will get the correct order out to you ASAP!
Unless Humble Juice Co. has made a mistake with your order, there are no returns or exchanges. We understand that taste is subjective and if a flavor doesn't fit your palette, please allow it too steep an additional few days to a week.
If you (the customer) have purchased Humble from another shop/online store - Please contact the seller directly for information on returns/exchanges.
Damaged merchandise must be reported to Humble Juice Co. immediately upon receipt of shipment. In order to expedite a damage claim with the shipping company, please document any shipping damage with detailed photographs showing the damaged shipping box, packing materials, and damaged products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the above are made solely at the discretion of Humble Juice Co. Discrepancies must be reported to Humble within 2 weeks of receiving the package. A 25% re-stocking fee to all customers who send back any Humble product new or used.

We blend with our Salts with a 50vg/50pg and our traditional e-liquids with a 70vg/30pg ratio with only leading, sourced ingredients.
Every flavor is pre-made and steeped for at least 2 weeks before it is bottled. We believe steeping is the key that separates an ordinary flavor from a flavor that you cannot live without.
Age Verification is necessary to ensure our products do not get in the hands of anyone under the age of 21 years old. Our age verification software on Shopify has multiple steps to ensure you are who you say you are and that you are of legal age. Part of the verification process is to confirm your credit card information, so your billing address (for your credit card) must match your shipping address and be a physical address. Along with the other account and user information, everything has to be consistent.
If you are purchasing from a retailer other than Humblejuiceco.com, we highly recommend researching the seller before you purchase from them. A few signs to be wary of when purchasing e-liquid online:
a. Prices are questionably low.b. The site does not provide contact information or customer service.c. The seal is broken on your bottle when it arrives.d. They do not have a physical address listed online.e. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any concern regarding the legitimacy of your product.
Please Note: Any items purchased outside of Humblejuiceco.com cannot be replaced, credited, or refunded as per FDA guidelines. However, if you come to find that you were sold a fraudulent/defective/expired Humble Juice product, please reach out to us with photo documentation and the details of your purchase. Every customer is important to us, and we will do everything in our power to make it right.
