You can expect your order to deliver within 3-5 business days depending on where you live. The package will ship after our 1-3-day business processing period.
Yes! If a package is purchased with rushed Priority Shipping the package will be shipped out same day. We try our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. There are exceptions due to holidays, and influx of orders. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Once you receive an email with your tracking number, allow some time for updating before you check it. USPS tracking can take 24 - 48 hours to update in the system. Once the package is scanned in and given a route destination, the tracking should begin to update. Priority Mail will generally get your package to you 1 - 2 days sooner than our “free shipping” option. If you do not receive an email, please make sure your email address was entered correctly in your account.
If an order is made on a Friday, the order may carry over past the weekend to be fulfilled on Monday or Tuesday. Humble is closed over the weekend, at Humble we will process and fulfill the order as quick as possible when we return!
If this happens, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do our very best to get it right the first time. With that being said, if you receive an incorrect flavor or strength within 2 weeks of receiving your package, keep the bottle we sent by mistake. Let us know we goofed up the order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name or order number, a picture of the contents of the package, a picture of the order invoice, and let us know the correct flavor and/or strength. We will get the correct order out to you ASAP!
Unless Humble Juice Co. has made a mistake with your order, there are no returns or trade ins. We understand that taste is subjective and if a flavor doesn't fit your palette, please allow it too steep an additional few days to a week. Humble Juice Co does not accept returns or exchanges for hardware including mods, tanks, coils, and (closed device/high-nicotine devices).
Damaged merchandise must be reported to Humble Juice Co. immediately upon receipt of shipment. In order to expedite a damage claim with the shipping company, please document any shipping damage with detailed photographs showing the damaged shipping box, packing materials, and damaged products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the above are made solely at the discretion of Humble Juice Co. Discrepancies must be reported to Humble within 2 weeks of receiving the package. A 25% re-stocking fee to all customers who send back any Humble product new or used.
We blend with our Salts with a 50vg/50pg and our traditional e-liquids with a 70vg/30pg ratio with only leading, sourced ingredients.
Every flavor is pre-made and steeped for at least 2 weeks before it is bottled. We believe steeping is the key that separates an ordinary flavor from a flavor that you cannot live without.
Age Verification is necessary to ensure our products do not get in the hands of anyone under the age of 21 years old. Our age verification software on Shopify has multiple steps to ensure you are who you say you are and that you are of legal age. Part of the verification process is to confirm your credit card information, so your billing address (for your credit card) must match your shipping address and be a physical address. Along with the other account and user information, everything has to be consistent.

However, if you come to find that you were sold a fraudulent/defective/expired Humble Juice product, please reach out to us with photo documentation and the details of your purchase.
